Alexandra (Ali) Kemmerer is the Communication Coordinator for the Continuing Education (CE) team within the Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology (RST), School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Pittsburgh.
Before joining RST's CE team, she was the Communication Specialist for the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center (RERC) on Wireless Technologies, at the University of Pittsburgh, aimed toward promoting accessibility and inclusivity of mainstream wireless technologies in people with disabilities.
She has a passion for improved health outcomes through education, and prior to working at Pitt, she worked for UPMC’s Medication Therapy Management (MTM) department, helping persons better understand how to manage their medications to help reduce complications and improve their overall quality of life.
