Catherine Kazakova helps manage and analyze data for the ongoing research projects which focus on language development in children who stutter as well as those with typical development. She also works on data collection for the EEG and MRI portions of the study. During her undergraduate career, her research focused on the relationship between musical training, phonological short term memory and second language acquisition. She is excited to be continuing research on language learning while transitioning to a stronger focus on development and working with children.
