Taylor Cronauer (Horne) is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Education Coordinator in the Department of Health Informatics at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Health Informatics at the same institution. Cronauer's professional journey includes diverse roles within University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, spanning from teaching assistantships to data analysis and research positions. Her work has encompassed pivotal projects in clinical research services, oncology data analysis and innovative research endeavors, such as leading a pilot study utilizing ChatGPT to enhance informed consent form readability, showcasing her dedication to advancing healthcare through technology. She has also excelled in developing data tracking tools and crafting Power BI dashboards, streamlining data collection processes and enabling effective decision-making.
