Chelsea Manetta is a board-certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy. She began her clinical career working at UPMC Mercy Hospital on the brain injury unit before transitioning to outpatient neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation at UPMC Rehabilitation Institute.
