Caitlyn Crawford is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Francis University. To advance her contemporary knowledge and expertise for teaching in the musculoskeletal physical therapy course sequence, she became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and earned certificates in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and as a Primary Spine Practitioner.

She began her clinical career in Pittsburgh working in outpatient orthopedics within the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. While there, she managed an outpatient clinic. She has served as an adjunct assistant professor in the DPT program, supporting Musculoskeletal PT 1, 2 and 3, as well as the foundational courses of Anatomy and Kinesiology. She has also been active in post-professional education and has served as a faculty member for the Primary Spine Practitioner program.
