Regan Harrell, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and board-certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy. She received her bachelor's degree in biology from the Duquesne University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duquesne University. She completed the UPMC Neurological Physical Therapy Residency program and is currently completing PhD studies in rehabilitation science at the University of Pittsburgh.
