Christine Rodgers leads the Physician Assistant Studies Hybrid Program with a blend of clinical insight and academic excellence. Earning her Master of Physician Assistant Sciences degree from Saint Francis University (2004-2009), her career seamlessly bridges patient care and education. Since starting as an adjunct assistant professor in 2014, Christine has been deeply involved in shaping the curriculum, focusing on courses like Interpreting and Evaluating the Medical Literature, and History Taking and Physical Examination I & II.
Transitioning to the Hybrid Program in spring 2021, she initially served as the Associate Director and Director of Clinical Education before becoming the Program Director in November 2022. Christine's clinical practice in addiction medicine one day a week enriches her teaching, providing students with invaluable real-world perspectives. Under her guidance, the Hybrid Program emphasizes a blend of rigorous academics, practical skills, and the importance of empathy in patient care, preparing students for the complexities of modern healthcare environments.
