During this difficult and uncertain time, it is certainly a challenge to manage new stressors and stay connected with others. In an effort to stay connected and facilitate communal self-care, I will be offering weekly virtual meditation lunch breaks on Tuesdays from 12:00-12:45 to anyone interested. Feel free to join if you are interested and available for a guided meditation and time to connect with others.
