Biography

Susan Graff focuses on the power of storytelling to inform health science educational programs. As co-founder of the Community, Partnership, Identity, Dialogue (CuPID) program, Graff collects individual stories of Pitt staff, students, faculty and community members to develop educational content that address the way in which concepts like racism, ethnocentrism, ableism, homophobia and transphobia manifest in health care, health science education and the broader community. Her passion for teaching, service and research lies at the intersection of storytelling, health care, education and community building.
