Kimberly Robinson is responsible for routine problem solving, generally guided by policies, procedures and business plans. She provides office support in multiple small or large units, schedules and confirms appointments for individuals and all the unit’s meetings, including event logistics, responds to inquiries requiring broad knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and prepares correspondence and files using templates and other existing documents.
Robinson started working for the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 in the Human Engineering Research Laboratories (HERL) in the Education and Outreach Department after being recommended by a friend. Robinson loves what she does and the people she works with and feels that her job is very satisfying and rewarding.
In addition, she serves on the Staff Council, Equipoise and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advocate committees.
