Kevin Cawley works for the Cognitive Skills Enhancement Program (CSEP) at the Hiram G. Andrews Center (HGAC) in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He has also worked with the Center for Assistive and Rehabilitative Technology (CART) and the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) components of the IAA contract during his time at HGAC. Cawley works with neurodivergent young adults in both group and individual settings on cognitive, vocational and social skill challenges. His main job duties include leading groups that focus on these areas of intervention, providing individual social coaching sessions and coordinating community engagement activities and mentorship opportunities for group members. He also supports other areas of the IAA contract as needed.
