Biography
Joseph “Joe” Ruffing is a seasoned communications and graphic design specialist who brings a wealth of experience to the Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology. Having joined the RST family in October 1999, Ruffing has accumulated 40 years of professional experience in graphic design and communications, making him a trusted and reliable expert. His responsibilities include many areas of graphic design and multimedia solutions related to communications.
