For the last two years, Jerome has been serving the Pittsburgh Penguins organization as their director of sports performance. Jerome is responsible for improving the performance of hundreds of athletes from the Penguins organization and beyond.
A major highlight of Jerome’s time at the University of Miami was serving as a core training specialist for the track and field program as well as working with numerous alumni from the National Football Leage (NFL) and Major League Baseball (MLB).
From 2010 to 2019, Jerome served as the chief operating officer and director of athletic development for IMPACT PERFORMANCE, founded in Boca Raton, Florida. That opportunity provided Jerome access to train thousands of athletes, to be an athletic trainer for multiple professional sports organizations and to run the National Hockey League (NHL) Combine for four years.
