Biography

Jared Divido collaborates with SHRS faculty and team members to develop and enhance online and hybrid courses. Balancing instructional design with educational technology, he blends pedagogical expertise with digital tools to create inclusive, student-centered learning environments that encourage engagement, active learning and academic success. Additionally, he supports faculty development initiatives, helping educators refine their teaching strategies and integrate technology for more effective instruction.

Beyond his role at the Office of Online Learning, Divido teaches human and comparative anatomy, microbiology and pathology at multiple higher education institutions. He brings subject matter expertise and a passion for student learning, fostering interactive environments that bridge theory and practice, encourage critical thinking, and promote active participation.

He has also consulted for NeverTechLate, a program dedicated to reducing social isolation by empowering older adults through technology education. At Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he led faculty training programs, equipping educators with strategies to enhance teaching and improve learner outcomes.
