Janet Ingram manages all administrative duties for the Self-Efficacy of Engagement Scale (SEES) Study. This includes onboarding community research partners for three panels, maintaining clear communication with these partners and processing payment for their work. Ingram leads preparation and submission of reports for the study and tracks all input from the community research partners as well as their progress on achieving their personal goals. She coordinates data collection from community research partners via Qualtrics surveys.
Ingram was inspired to begin working for the department when there was an opening on the HearCARE Study that allowed her to combine her interest in engaging community research partners with improving hearing care for older adults. Her hope is to continue to support meaningful engagement by community members.
