Biography

Elizabeth Brinzinger completes purchases for the department, reconciles department and grant finances and works with vendors to set up services agreements.  She is the point person for the hiring process for all hourly administrative and academic employees and responsible for ensuring their accurate pay. Brinzinger is involved in the onboarding process for new hires and maintains certification records for all employees in the department. After ten years in the hospitality industry, she began her career at the University of Pittsburgh in 2019 by assisting the Payroll Department.  She then held various roles with increasing responsibility in the Human Resources Shared Services Department until joining Occupational Therapy in 2023.
