Biography

Douglas (Doug) Wolfberg is an attorney and founding partner of Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, the nation’s most prominent Emergency Medical Services (EMS) industry law firm, which represents public, private and nonprofit EMS agencies, health care systems, mobile health care entities and other industry organizations across the United States. Wolfberg began in EMS in 1978 and was a longtime EMS practitioner and later worked as a county EMS director, a regional EMS council director and a state and federal EMS official, having worked at the United States Department of Health and Human Services administering Federal EMS and trauma care programs prior to law school.
