Biography
Anne Marie’s Kuchera career has focused on the application of evidence-based methods to understand and elicit positive change in individuals, families, communities and organizational systems in support of health equity and wellbeing.
In addition to serving as adjunct faculty at the University of Pittsburgh for 15 years, Kuchera is the director of community health for UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh where her responsibilities include identifying community health needs and integrating services between community-based and hospital systems that address these needs with particular attention to the social, behavioral and environmental factors that influence health.
Her clinical background as a licensed counselor and RDN includes work in behavioral health, pediatric obesity and training and education.
