Rosemarie Cooper worked for over 15 years as a clinical instructor/wheelchair seating clinician before joining the Human Engineering Research Laboratories Directorship Team as associate director for Stakeholder Engagement in 2021. Cooper has been an author on several articles on wheelchairs and seating.
