Program Outcomes

Upon successful completion of either entry point, students are eligible to sit for the Board of Certification (BOC), Inc. examination for athletic trainers. Successful completion of the BOC Exam affords the candidate a variety of employment opportunities and graduate education options, including athletic training services in a number of sports medicine professions. Students in this program enjoy small class sizes that allow for optimal engagement and feedback from the instructors and opportunities to practice hands-on skills.

Athletic trainers work in a variety of settings to assist active people, not just athletes!
