Transcripts should be received by CSDCAS by December 15 to allow ample time for CSDCAS to verify the transcripts. Your application and all required documentation should be verified by CSDCAS by January 15. Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to CSDCAS.

No application documents should be submitted to the school or department directly. Any documents sent to the school directly will not be reviewed for admission.

1. Only applications verified by January 15 will be reviewed for admission. The program strongly recommends submitting your application by December 15, as documents may take several weeks to be verified.
   1. SHRS will be communicating with you through CSDCAS. Please add CSDCAS to your accepted senders and check junk/spam mail on a regular basis.
2. The CSD Admission Committee:
   1. Reviews the applicant’s orientation toward the profession of Audiology as well as his/her communication skills as revealed by written essays and statements in reference letters.
   2. Reviews college transcripts to determine the applicant’s ability to manage and excel in the program’s rigorous course work.
   3. Evaluates the applicant’s perceived potential to perform as an Audiologist.
   4. The Admissions Committee does not require a personal interview for admission to the program.
3. All applicants will receive, via email through CSDCAS, an application decision (admission offer, wait list, or denied) during the first two weeks of March.
