Biography

Juli Harrison currently splits her time between clinical work and research. In her clinical role, she is a seating therapist at the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute Center for Assistive Technology. There, she primarily focuses on wheelchair seating and positioning. As part of the Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology at the University of Pittsburgh, she is both a researcher and a member of the continuing education team. 

Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, Harrison spent nearly a decade working in instructional and informational technology (IT). She also volunteers to help with events such as the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute Wheelchair Wash.
