Elaine Mormer became interested in Audiology as an undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts. She has been an audiologist for many years since, and the satisfaction of helping people improve their communication ability has been continually fulfilling for her. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate classes in the CSD Department. Mormer enjoys helping undergraduate students discover the many paths that are open to their futures. Additionally, she serves as the faculty advisor for the undergraduate Pitt Audiology and Hearing Club.
In her role with Clinical Education, the goal is for each of the AuD and SLP graduate student clinicians to have excellent learning experiences with community clinical instructors, locally and nationally.
