Daniel Tolomeo’s passion for education began as an undergraduate student in Pitt’s Emergency Medicine program. Since then, he has gone on to graduate from the Physician Assistant Studies program and work in emergency medicine with an eye toward teaching. He spent time as a preceptor and adjunct professor before moving into academia full-time. Tolomeo loves to find that connection from where the student is to the information they need to learn and always adapts his teaching style to meet the needs of the student. Specific subjects that Tolomeo is interested in include physiology, pathophysiology, electrocardiograms and the art of history and physical examination.
